I’ve bought a product that is not my size, can I change it?

Yes. You will have 30 days from the time you receive the product to decide if you want to do it. To make a change it is necessary that you write us from the form that you will find in the section "Contact" and then we will inform you of the procedure. It will be necessary that the product remains in perfect condition and with the original packaging to make any changes. Once we have received the product and we have verified that it is in perfect conditions we will proceed to send you the product that you have chosen. The cost of transporting the change will be borne by the customer.

 

Can I return a piece that I have already received?

Yes. You will have 30 days to make returns. To make a return it is necessary that you write us from the form that you will find in the section "Contact" and then we will inform you of the procedure. Once we have received the product and we have verified that it is in perfect conditions we will proceed to pay you the amount. The cost of transporting the return will be borne by the customer.

 

I’ve received a piece in bad conditions or with a factory defect, ¿what should I do?

We check each piece before sending it, but if despite that you receive a product in bad conditions, contact us and we will tell you how to proceed to return it. In this case, all costs incurred in the transport will be borne by Komland.

 

Who will handle the shipment in case I want to make a change or a return?

The transport company that we work with will contact you and they will take care of picking up the package at your address when you decide.
